Ladd has a BA in Economics from Wofford College and a Law Degree from Campbell School of Law.
His law firm concentrates in landlord/tenant law & creditor rights litigations.
He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina and is a NC Real Estate Broker.

Julie Shouse, Leasing  and Office Manager:

Julie is a native of Charlotte, NC and has a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has been in property management in Charlotte for over 25 years and is very knowledgeable about the rental market in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. She meets all potential tenants, screen their applications and handles leasing.  She meets with owners, goes over their property, handles their contracts and prepares monthly statements.  Her goal is to make sure all the owners and tenants are satisfied and happy with their service from Dwelle Property Management.

Gary West, Maintenance Supervisor:

Gary has been supervising the maintenance with our company for over 27 years. He manages a staff of up to four (4) maintenance technicians and oversees all service calls and turn key projects.  He has a list of trusted and qualified vendors.
