The goal of our maintenance technicians are to provide excellent service for our tenants and owners.  Our maintenance technicians are run by Gary West, who has over 25 years with the company.

We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you are a tenant and have a maintenance request (emergency only) on the weekend or after hours, please call 704-999-0520. Please leave your full name, address, phone number and emergency. Someone will call you back as soon as possible. Please only call once.

If you are a tenant and have a maintenance request (non-emergency), please call the office during office hours and make your request.
